Me to happy84. I forgot to do them yesterday so will have to try and do extra today!

I think we've lost some people haha they at clearly less dedicated to not wetting themselves every time they cough!

Just downloaded an app to help me with kegels..
Kegels trainer lite.. It's free but you can upgrade the app to include more things (if you'd like)
Starts off slowly.. Will see how it goes xx

I keep starting doing my ten and then forgetting half way through or getting distracted lol
