Dinner suggestions plz?

any suggestions for din dins for me?

Criteria:
has to be ready made
re-heatable if abandoned in emergency
easily edible in a car
healthy if poss
filling cause I'm freakin starving

Umm pasta salads goodun. Will hopfull get to tesco within the hour otherwise I'll end up chewing my leg off or something lol!

Ok so dinner turned out to be..... (bearing in mind I was made to wait much longer than I could stand by people not behaving themselves)

Honey chilli chicken with egg fried rice (oops)
cream egg (oops again)
Wine gums (not planned but not too bad)

Now I'm just home from work .... Hot choc and slab of cake

So thanks for the healthy suggestions but they kind of fell flat tonight! Will make best effor for tomoz.

oh and remembered about the mini eggs that are yet to be eaten (oh no)

Diet's fucked today anyway - lets be honest.

Chicken and asparagus risotto (yum)
Pineapple/grapes/mango (yum)

Topped off with my full bag of mini eggs! Had to ruin it somewhere
