Just wondering if you put your lo to sleep fully after night feeds before putting back in mosses basket?

Kayla has been sleeping lots in the day and ends up fully awake after her 3/4am feeds but when i put her down half awake she gtunts and gives out a bit for a good while, she doesnt cry or anything just sounds a bit unsettled for a while Oh telles me to leave her that shes fine but i feel quilty shes still so tiney but theyn shes not cryig which sshe only ever does getting changed really so maybe she is happy enough?

shes 9 days only today, what did u all do at that age?

If Maisie is just a bit unsettled I rock the crib or pram until she is over - if she cries I lift her - she sleeps beside me at night so sometimes she doesn't even fully wake up for a feed but if she is I wait until she is asleep if she seems at all unhappy

All mind have gone down awake. It sounds like your lo has her day and night mixed up
Like most of the do . I always left mine in the cot unless they were crying and still do now will leave Rhea for 10 mins in the morning to have a chat with herself. Try not to worry u will both fine your natural routine xxx

thanks hun, i do just feel so quilty cos im so tired at that hour and shes been fed and changed so i know shes happy she just grunts a gives out a bit and takes about a hour to go asleep and i dont like to just leave her and go back to sleep my self iykwim

she has been more awake during the day today so hope she will sleep a bit more tonight, shes defo all mixe up with day and night but mw aid thats normal , hope she figures it out soon though, sitting around for hours at that hour is just killing me

The health visitor told me that i didnt have to go rushing to her if she cryed and she would need to learn that she had to wait, so now when she crys and im making her bottles (downstairs) if i leave her she will be asleep by the time i come back up 10 mins later - that was during the day at night i would just rock her crib or let her fall asleep on me then move her, they miss your heartbeat sometimes x

Not usually in his moses basket and if I do it's 50/50 if he'll settle, but if I put him down next to me in the bed awake he nods off straight away I think it's the smell and the familiarity

I can't put her in her Moses basket unless she is 100% asleep otherwise she will cry and scream :-(

At first I had to let her settle on me and then scoot her across but now I can put her down awake and just turn the mobile on and I can guarantee within 5 minutes max she will be asleep
