Diabetes appointment

I had my first proper diabetes appointment today since being diagnosed last week. Also got to have another scan for measurements to make sure bubbba is growing normally and not getting too big too soon. Everything went good thank god! The scan went perfectly... she said the measurements are perfect for 25 weeks gestation

My urine sample was clear, my blood pressure was ok and my blood sugar levels apart from 2 slight increases were good too. So hopefully fingers crossed i can keep on controlling the levels with diet only and not have to take medications.

That's great, hope it continues to go well for you. Who needs the trauma of Insulin and so on?

I'm dreading my first appointment, I can't get my blinkin' sugars down (the infections probably not helping, but still!), so I'm expecting the worse
