ive just been on another forum...and they say no soft cheese..now I have eaten about 10 dairylea in the last week!!

Really worried...I know you cant eat blue veined cheese and other soft cheese..but does this fall into the bracket??

Thanks
Larax

I'm pretty sure it's safe because it's pasturised (I believe) and it's unpasturised things you aren't allowed - by soft cheese they mean things like brie and stilton ( :( oh how I miss stilton) and not 'cheese spread' type cheeses

As long as you're making it with mayo from jar and properly from scratch with raw egg white

One of my 'things' at the moment is laughing cow cheese on toast, I'm getting through shed loads of it - was v. relieved when my MW confirmed I could go ahead guilt-free!

Glad I'm not the only one who has a thing for soft cheese at the moment! I can't get enough of Philadelphia!

It's helmans (phew!) I'm too lazy for the egg whites nonsense! :rotfl:

Philli is a similar thing I think - safe
