Dairylea!!!!

I don't know why people are telling us "soft cheeses" are dangerous because they aren't its only cheeses like stelton /brie and all those blue veiny cheese. Cottage cheese, dairylea, cheedar, phily are all fine. Its the cheeses that thrive on bacteria (liek the blue ones) that should be avoided for that same reason.

dairylea, phili chese, laughing cow are all grand been eating loads of it. my fav is phili and banana on toast gorgeous!! cottage cheese is fine too. I am confussed about parmesan though thought it was ok,does anyone know? The fresh stuff you grate from tescos is all unparsturised bit confussed so bought the dried stuff in the end which is not as nice. Dx
