hi sorry for the late reply been really busy...........well i stayed the same but heres the great news got the results from my 21 day bloods and my progesterone has shot up to 34!!!!!!!!!!!!! last time it was 16 and the time before 2!!!!!!!!!!! im so happy they have said i may not need treatment after all as things are back to normal!!!!!!!!!!!! so it looks like the diet and quiting smoking has worked needless to say i have the biggest smile on my face right now xxxxxxxxxxx
