cramps,ambulances,hospitals, internal scan and HCG HELP!!!!!!!

long story i'll keep it as short as possible

last night i woke in the night with terrible cramping pains that woke me up and brought me to tears the worst one was when i dreamt of me and my partner having sex and as i was about to orgasm in my dream i woke up with the pains
so this morning i rang 111 and told them because i was worried and never had this with my daughter so i explained what was happening and after talking to a nurse the phone operator sent an ambulance which paincked me the ambulance came and decided i needed to go to hospital for a scan i had an internal scan which they think they have seen the baby but i am very early so they couldn't be sure

i had bloods taken and my HCG levels are 711 and i have to have them done again on thursday to make sure they have doubled

im terrified i might loose my baby has this happened to anybody else and the baby been fine? im so scared

The scan sounds positive-it sounds like you're very early on? (Can't see tickers on tapatalk so apologise if you've got one). A second HCG test will be useful (one on its own isn't really enough). I wish I had the ability to say it's all going to be fine and don't worry - but no one can. I had horrific pains about 5 weeks - thought it was definitely all over, but I'm 9 weeks now and still pregnant. No bleeding is a really good sign. Are they going to rescan you??

It's so easy to say but please try not to worry too much if you can, you can't change the outcome xxx

the midwife said they might rescan she rang today and its the first time id spoken to her and had to explain what had happened i'll know after the test on thhursday i think i get the results on friday :/ im so scarred

I've had something similar where the cramps at night were so bad they woke me, and it was really early on, but baby was fine...as Tigger said, if there's no blood, that's good for now, and fingers crossed you'll be able to see your baby soon. Maybe it's just your body getting used to beng pregnant...

Try not to panic hun!

Seen ur bfp was 17th oct? So ur only about 4/5weeks. Its very rare to see anything on an internal scan this early. I had ine st 5+6 with my 1st pregnancy and only a yolk was visible, no baby or hb.
I was rescanned 2 weeks later for reassurance.
That scan was due to pains for an ectopic, which could be why they scanned you to check your tubes.

Try not to worry, if they offer a rescan, thats so they can re check things over it doesnt mean anything bD. Ur blood levels r also brill for this stage so try and stay calm xxxx

they didnt see much on the scan they think they saw the sack but obviously yeah its very early im having bloods done again tomorrow had cramps all day again today

If they think they saw a sac that's a good sign that it's in the right place so try not to worry. Plenty of rest until your next appointment xx

My midwife text me this morning for my levels to have doubled they needed to be 1422 and they are 2063 �� so all is good ��thank you all for your help
