Hello

I've been getting strong cramps on and off since day one which I know to be normal but recently been finding that when I bend over or get up quickly I'll get sudden cramping. It's not that painful but I'm wondering if this is normal?

Thanks
Sal

Hiya, does it feel like it's in the inside of your hips?

feels like its my uterus, they're like the other cramps I get which I think is the uterus expanding but nowhere near as painful.

It's probably just normal  I get all sorts of craps in my tummy and around my hips but mostly in my hips if I move to fast, I just get used to it now, it happed when I was having my first too.

Thank you! I feel reassured :) I've got an early scan tomorrow so my mind will deffinately be put at rest after that. There's so much to worry about!

I am getting jabby pains just under my hipbone when I sneeze - assume it's to do with ligaments or something

I have my early scan tomorrow too :cheer: Good luck!

It get cramps in my uterus if I move too fast also. For example, if I sit up suddenly in bed. I am sure it is normal. Not a nice feeling though.

It's really worrying isn't it! I leave in 10 mins to go for the scan, I'm so excited. I'm sure I'm further along than I originally thought.

I'll let you all know how it goes.

xx
