Cramping

Hi Guys

I think I am about 7 weeks now haven't had my EDD yet so not sire how far along I am.

I keep getting mild cramping like period pain only occasional had some a couple of weeks ago and today along with lower back ache again occasional and mild no bleeding or spotting.

Is this "normal"?

Definitely normal! I've had it throughout, it's just your uterus stretching and all sorts of other things going on down there. My midwife told me as long as it's not too severe and there's no blood then it's nothing to worry about.
