My colleague mentioned this last week but couldnt remember the channel or what it was called lol

I was about to watch goggle box and they watched it on there.

But i stopped and searched it, the first episode is 0-8weeks quite alot of facts. Apparently diet around conception can alter genes and determine life span from like a few days after conception. Mental. It explains what happens when multiple babies occur too.

Im gonna watch the two back to back tonight, exciting saturday.
