Cot Beds from Mamas and Papas

Don't buy cot beds from this store (MAMAS and PAPAS) - they don't expect them to last. They sell them as a cot to bed and you expect them to last until your child is at least 6. Why would you buy one otherwise? This one fell apart after only 2 years when the screws just fell out of the holes. Technical team came to see it and said the bed had been moved too much and there was no manufacturing fault?? Only moved house once and if the screws fell out of the holes wouldn't you think the wood was not strong enough to hold the screws. Customer 'CARE' was not interested but isn't it funny they do not sell this particular make any more and they could not give us any spare parts - spare parts? I need a whole new bed to fix that fault. We went to this store as we expect to get good value for all the money you spend on the product - no chance.
