Mamas and Papas cot bed

Does anyone know whether the mattresses for mamas and papas cotbeds are standard size or mamas and papas own special size?

We inherited a cotbed from my cousin and would like to get a new mattress but the cheapest mamas and papas one is about £70 compared with Toys R Us at £39.

We have a M&P Cotbed...we have a Mothercare matress.
I guess they are standard sizes...you could always try measuring the base if your really unsure?
