Contraceptive patch

I am 2 weeks postpartum and looking at going back on some form of contraception. I am useless with the pill as I forget to take it all the time! I have had the implant before but it didn't work for me and have me a constant period. Therefore I'm not keen on giving that another go ad the injections use the same hormone so not keen on that.
I was wondering if anyone has experience of the contraceptive patch?
How discreet is it? Did it work for you? Would you recommend it? Any thoughts would be helpful actually

I haven't had it myself but my sister used it a few years back.

I believe (I could be wrong tho lol) that she put hers on her tummy and it wasn't seen by people. I think it's quite similar looking to the nicotine patch, again I could be wrong.

I was thinking of having it but decided to have the implant again as it didn't cause me any trouble last time. Sorry couldn't be much help xx

I used it for 3 months but it gave me horrendous sickness and diarrohea once a month normally the week before the 7 day break. I used to put mine at the top of my leg xx
