Contraceptive diaphragm anybody?

Does anybody use this form of contraception? How do you find it? I'm looking into contraception and had forgotten about the diaphragm until I googled for some info on another contraceptive and was wondering who uses/has used one?

Hello Helen.
Used one many moons ago......got an infection. Ouch! had to have it taken out.
But on the bright side...... they did say it was very rare )
