I started super slow! Literally couldn't make it round the park without stoping! Key is perseverance and a target. Start the target small, do the race for life for example. My sisters and I did it together when my mum got the all clear from breast cancer. Then I did a 10k, now half marathons for the last two years. Me and OH are off for a 7 mile training run this morning. I take the dog in mornings too, it's either a 20 min walk in the park or a 30 min run that does us both good! And it really does get easier over time! When you first start set small targets, run/walk for 1 min each alternately for 10 mins, the build up the time in total or time you run for. I started 3 years ago and as I said could barely manage 10 mins xxxxx
