Comfort Eating :(

ooooh dont much like the idea of running, but yes I suppose it would def help.
Would have to do it on my own though as prob so bloody slow to start with, but we do live near the beach so could be nice if weather nice.Thanks dysco will put some thought in to it! (while i sit on my bum and eat my breakfast! ) Any tips? x
 
I started super slow! Literally couldn't make it round the park without stoping! Key is perseverance and a target. Start the target small, do the race for life for example. My sisters and I did it together when my mum got the all clear from breast cancer. Then I did a 10k, now half marathons for the last two years. Me and OH are off for a 7 mile training run this morning. I take the dog in mornings too, it's either a 20 min walk in the park or a 30 min run that does us both good! And it really does get easier over time! When you first start set small targets, run/walk for 1 min each alternately for 10 mins, the build up the time in total or time you run for. I started 3 years ago and as I said could barely manage 10 mins xxxxx
 
I'm the same keep looking for "something nice" ie unhealthy n comforting to eat giving.myself 1 more week of stupid eating then diet n excersise routine so I can focus myself .
 
I think its very natural, you feel low want 'cheering up' with something indulgent and naughty.
Also I feel so so so tired!!!
Is it just me or does anyone else feel like this?.
My head is just so tired. If it werent for my little boy, think id be in bed most of the time!!
So im thinking coffee and choc all time for a boost! xx

I went shopping today and bought fruit and healthy snack like raisins! I will stop snacking on junk! Xx
 
good girl kanga! I can't have bad stuff in the house, I have to keep myself busy or I graze! We started making our own bread which actually means we eat less, cos we make what we need, no spare! little things can make all the difference :) Hvaing said that we had a big slap up meal last night and OH made treacle sponge dessert YUM xxx
 
yummy sounds delicious! im currently drowning my sorrows in pringles as i had a dodging pos test this morning, but bfn this afternoon! :( but still have 5 days til af so early days. xx
 
def early days and fmu is best time to test in early days anyway, fingers crossed for you! xxx
