I've been hungry most of the day, although all I have had to eat is bowl of Rice Krispies and 2 slices of toast at 9am and then a philadelphia cheese sandwich and packet of McCoys crisps at 3pm, but I just feel hungry constantly. Is there a growth spurt around 24 weeks?
Im always hungry too im always thinking whens my next meal I thought im having a growth spurt now is that normal around 17-18 weeks.
i don't know about a growth spurt, i just wanted to say that i would be passing out if that was all i had had to eat in a day!! I think i must be a total pig (even before i was pregnant!)
hello i read the title starving........and was saying yeah thats me it dont matter what i eat my tummy just rumbles for more, i dont remember having this with the others. my biggest thing at the moment is cream cakes, i could eat lots, thrying to hold out to one a day
I'm considering moving into Sainsbury's, I'm forever ransacking the kitchen looking for more to eat It's like I'm possessed, I don't even realise I'm doing it and then suddenlyI'm stood in the kitchen
i can completly relate its only 11am now. I woke up at 7 as i worked nites (finished at 9.30). but so far iv eat, 1. a bowl of coco pops 2. strawberry yogurt 3. 2 mini crunchy bars 4. (stopped in gregs on way home) one chicken bake and one cornbeef pasty. 5. some toast. I feel like a complete pig but im so hungry lately lol.
I'm ravenous today so far I've eaten: Bowl of porridge Big piece of flapjack Turkey Salad Sandwich A bag of Smokey Bacon crisps An a caramel aero And i'm just debating whether to have another bag of crisps i'm sooo hungry!
LMAO! God, I worry about eating too much. All I have had so far is a bowl of Rice Krispies and 2 slices of toast since 8am - oh and a small Smarties cookie at about 11am.
I know it sounds boring, but you could try eating some brown carbs like brown rice, brown bread or brown pasta. The low GI carb will provide a slow release energy source. Get lots of protein, too. A few chicken and brown rolls would be perfect. A huge bowl of porridge will be good, too. During pregnancy your metabolism goes through the roof which is why you feel constantly hungry. You probably crave sweet things as your body is trying to raise its blood sugar levels.
me too starving ALL the time and not just hungry but STARVING HUNGRY!! and i cant stop eating cereal!! lol well at least I know i wont be lacking in calcium!! just making myself some savoury rice to try and qwell the hunger pangs for a while
At the moment Porridge is one of my favourite things to eat. Although I probably don't have it the healthiest way (lots of sugar and sometimes a bit of butter on the top ) I've gone right off chicken for some reason.
