i am thinking about trying for a degree in a subject. now i do not know anything about these things.

i am interested in history, geography and english literature. can anyone advise. would i have to start with a gcse then a level then degree.

i really couldnt be bothered with all that Sarah, i just wondered if someone on here knew, maybe cat, shes studying for a degree isnt she.

It might depend on what experience/qualifications you already have, and also what route you want to take. There are Access courses, which I think take the place of GCSE/ A levels for mature students - there's a lot more information here: http://www.ucas.ac.uk/access/ Have a good mooch round to find the right course for you. Enjoy whatever you decide to do!

Hello! Yes I do an OU degree, you dont need any prev qualifications to study there.

If you want to add me to your MSN, I can let you know about courses, fees, the study itself and any questions you have.
