cold remedies

please some one help.

i have to worse cold ever and feel utter shite

im drinking lemon with honey every hour to keep my throat feeling less like sand paper. but my nose is sooo blocked up, and nothing seems to ease it. what shop remedies can i have?

im taking paracetamol, but can i have sudafed or some thing? i actually feel like i have man flu

no i think the best thing to do is just get some vix..also tea with honey is good xx

A few drops of vicks in boiling water then put a towel over ur head and breath it in as much as u can, works wonders! Hope your feeling better soon

If you're blocked you can take saline drops from the chemist. Try Vicks smothered over you or a steam inhaler with it in.
