Stinking cold (me)

I have a stinking cold, almost feel like I;m getting the flu

I know I can only have paracetomol but I was wondering if anyone had any other good natural remedies they can share, my nose is really blocked and I have a high temp

Loads of people I know swear by hot honey and lemon. Hope you feel better soon

boil lemonade, put in a spoon full of honey. that always warms me up, helps my throat and clears my nose for some reason.

Or there is the good old rum toddy (sp)! mmmm..........
