CM when ovulating?

Hi, I wondered if you could give me a little help. What should cm look like during my fertile period? In theory ATM I guess I should be fertile but my cm is like a milky white thin stretchy texture? so confusing 😳 I've never actually tried ov strips or temping etc just guessed by what the websites have said I was due to ovulate on.x

Your most fertile cm is an egg white consistency, and it's clear, quite thick and really stretchy

Mine was always clear but I don't think that's the case for everyone, it varies but definitely stretchy is a good sign!
