Clary Sage Oil?

Hi Ladies

I've heard a lot about Clary Sage Oil to induce labour, but can't seem to find anything about it other than not to use it during pregnancy.

What exactly does it do?

if u mix it with a carrier oil, then massage ur bump it can encourage it to contract.. it may or may not work.. also u can add a few drops to ur bath. but add it once ur bath has finished running.


i tried it every day from 39 weeks. but still went to 42 weeks he he he he.. i cudnt stand the smell to start with, but i quite like it now lol

yeah its fine... it wont start labour off straigt away.. it can just slowly encourage ur uterous to do it job
