Clary Sage Oil

Thank u everyone! Think the lavender is just to smell good. Clary sage on its own isn't pleasant! Really hope if labour is close this will help it along! If not, I will just have to enjoy the bump massages and relaxing baths xx

I think today even with all my efforts I feel slightly happier that things are still normal! I mean am I ready for lil man to show yet!! Think the thought of labour starting has actually scared me with whats to come Just come when ur ready lil man, I can wait a while longer yet xx

Rubbing the clary sage in with baby oil is ok isn't it xx

I think as long as the clary sage isn't neat then u should be fine. Think it's 5 drops clary sage to 10ml massage oil or baby oil xx
