Cervix too high?

I had a midwife appointment today and requested a sweep, I know it's a bit early but my next appointment isn't until next Thursday which leaves it too close to Christmas. Luckily the midwife was very nice and was happy to do one. She tried but was struggling so asked me to put my fists under my bum as this would raise my pelvis a little but she still couldn't do it as my cervix is too high. Does this mean that it will take me longer to dilate to the full 10cm when (eventually) I am in labour? Does having a high cervix have any disadvantages?

I was high add posterior at 42 weeks! my mw's could never do sweeps either, until this huge doctor with massive hands got right in there and did the job. went into labour that night and dilated fully within an hour

So hopefuly having a high cervix won't mean a long labour!!
