Cervix position

Where is your cervix normally before AF? And how does it feel?

Mine is high and hardish and I think I'm due on between tomorrow and Friday (will be 28 days tomorrow).

Got crampy feelings and not sure whether AF is on it's way or not.

After ovulationand the run up to AF your cervix should be firm, low and closed.

I can just about reach it when I am sat on the loo (sorry if TMI ).

It doesn't feel closed but like you have told me before, after you've had a baby it doesn't But it is firm.

Should point out that I am feeling it with clean, freshly washed hands!

Yes - Good memory - Women who have had babies will often find that their cervix never feels completely closed. When high your cervix is almost unreachable with you fingertip. If you have ovulated, your CP should now be low.
