Carey came into the worl at 07:17am on the 18/12/2005 weighing 7lb 11oz.
I started to get pains at about midnight so my mum called the ward and they said to wait on for as long as i could-so i did then at about half 2 i couldnt stand it anymore so my mum took me down, i was 5cm dilated at 2:55 and still 5cms by 06:20am then i said i had an urge to push and the midwife told me i didnt
she went out the room and i had to push so i did, when she came back she examined me and i was 10cms- It took about 5 pushes for the head and then his little body slid out with one big push. I started out on ther TENS machine at home which really helped but was doing nothing for me by about half 2, when i got to the ward i did it all on gas and air(which shocked me as i wanted every drug under the sun lol)
I was released today at 3o'clock so only had to stay in for a day and a half.
Here he is anyway, not a great pic but the only one on the comp-will post more when i have more time.
