Car Seat Question

We bought Jacob the next size up car seat at the weekend, Mothercare in town is closing down cos of a new store opening at a nearby retail outlet so had 20% off everything. We put it up in the loft when we got home but DH has taken Jacob to be weighed this morning and he now weighs 19lbs 9ozs. Would we be ok to put him into the new seat now or should we wait until he reaches 20llbs?

they say once they can sit unaided.

i put harley in his one 3 weeks ago. he was way to big for his first stage maxi cosy one
so he now has the next one up.
Harley weighs 23lb and can sit unaided.

he is soooooo much happier too him and Dior sit next to each other and love it they have matching car seats. nd we have a tv in our car So Harley can see it now

Yeah he can sit unaided. I am sure that he will be happier facing the other way too. I just didn't want to do anything wrong.
