Can't sleep

I hate heartburn, ive tried gaviscon and that does not seem to want to work, tried milk but thats made feel really sick, grrrrrr, i gonna be up for hours!!!!!!

hello hun, its only 7.30 here so im still up

its a shame you cant get TUMS in England, i live off them! they are made just for pregnant women and heartburn, you can have as many as you want but i try to only have a few when i need it. they are great and work straight away! they are chewable and taste like raspberry milkshake. are full of calcium too. id send some if i could

try having a lay down on the sofa and watching something boring on tv. i ha dto do that the other night got to bet at 4.30. first it was my legs were aching, then i needed a wee, then i had heartburn, then i was hungry hope your already sleeping

I find the gaviscon tablets rather than the liquid are good as i slowly suck one while im in bed and it holds it off long enough for me to sleep.

I got mine from Asda, they are my saviours!
