Was looking back at some pics of my little Elexia today and came across a picture of Elexia and me not long after id had her. Looking at now, i cant believe how much weight ive lost, just wanted to share with you ladies

Ive been running and zumba Titch85, as well as watching what i eat

Your right Titch, my BMI is just under 23, its just a couple of pounds i want to lose but im finding it so hard now as i just seem to be toning up rather than losing x x
