Can you dry up one breast?

Practically nothing comes out my right breast and never has. I can sit for 20 mins for barely anything. Can I just leave it to dry up without it affecting the right? X x

Yes, you can. One is underdeveloped. Its probably smaller than the other? But I would stimulate the empty one anyway to prevent it from becoming smaller.

Imeant give that empty breast anyway. Who knows he might be getting some milk out of it without you noticing.

Or use a pump on it regularly.
