Can we get pregnant without EWCM?

Hi, TTC number 2- I had positive OPKs yesterday so expect to ovulate today or tomorrow, but I don’t have EWCM. It is cloudy and only a little stretchy. Can we still conceive? I’ve been drinking loads and using pre seed when we BD, will this help enough? Thank you

I'm no expert but I don't think everybody gets EWCM and I think you can definitely conceive without it, the preseed should help too

Yes you can conceive. Try having some oranges for vitamin C too.

Thanks for your replies! I use the pre seed right before we have sex so fingers crossed it helps us!
