You’d think I’d be fully experienced in all things ttc by now after just over 5 years of ttc!!!!

But no... odd question, does anyone know if progesterone can linger in our systems from one cycle to the next?

I was on cyclogest 400mg pessaries twice a day and lubion injections once a day last month for a fet...

Didnt have much in the way of symptoms in that tww but I’m now on the cycle after and in the tww (10dpo) and I have been noticing so many symptoms that I convinced myself I was pregnant after waking up to a banging headache today..

Took a frer this morning and bfn!!! :(

Yes, progesterone varies in cycles, one month your natural peak can be 30 and another 60, maybe even higher without it making much of a difference.

I guess my progesterone levels are probably higher than normal this month. Makes sense..

but pointless as not pregnant :(

I might be totally wrong as I'm not sure where I have got this from, I think possibly when I've been reading up on natural progesterone cream, but I think there is possibly a link between supplementing Prog and it then helping to build it for consecutive months so it may be that because you were on high dose last month it's boosted it for a natural cycle this month - or I may just be talking rubbish of course but I'm sure I've seen this somewhere.

I’m not sure either!

All symptoms seemed to have gone now.. but it’s not very often I notice any symptoms so found it odd!

just awaiting af now I guess.
