can i take any thing

i have major sore throat and cold i can cope with cold but my throat is so bad can i take paracetamole or some thing does any one know thanks xx

yeah para is fine to take! my midwife told me that is all i could take during pregnancy unless gp says otherwise.

as far as i know paracetomol is fine during pregnancy, in fact it is one of the only things that is safe.

For a sore throat the best thing is salt water gargle... tastes horrible but works really well... ... All other stuff can contain decongestants etc which we are not supposed to have when pregnant(?) Paracetomol will also help with temperature and pain.
