Can anyone guess from this boy/girl?

I was 12+6 when this was taken. I'm just curious if it's possible to tell. Won't have my 20 week scan until end of Feb.

12 weeks is a bit too early to be able to determine gender from an ultrasound! So I don’t have a guess sorry mama!

I know it's too early to tell definitively, but I know some people are good at guessing based on the "nub theory" or other things. I don't really know how to gauge that stuff so thought I might have some luck asking here.
