Buying for old men help

What do you all get your dads/grandads? Every year I never know what to get my dad or FIL, fed up with buying them socks.

For my Grandpa I buy some nice coffee for his filter machine and my dad I get him a book. Not very inspirational I know!

i usually get my dad a good book, and something to do with his motorbike which DH picks

Hubby is getting a Leatherman multitool. And a few bits and pieces. I usually excel in the present shopping department and always find something 'different' to give.

My old man (daddy, hes 60) usually gets a big basket full of his favorite stuff. The kind of things that you like but dont ever really buy. He gets fudge, ales, pickled weird horrible yucky stuff that only he would eat, boiled sweets, jams, honey, nice coffee that kind of thing
