when Alfie was first born they pointed out a dimple just above his bum hole, it actually looked like a second passage as they couldnt see an end to it so had to get the peodoatrician(cant spell) to look at it apparently it is just a dimple that will "start to level off" as he gets older, only it isnt its getting deeper and when he goes for a poo its getting trapped in there and its taking so long to clean it to make sure theres none left only as i said its getting deeper the bigger he gets and if it gets anydeeper itll be too deep to clean im a bit worried as i know if i cant clean it it will get badly infected i just wondered if anyone had heard of this before on a baby apparently it is quite common for them to have these bum dipples but should have levelled out by now

Stanley has still got his?

My friend's little boy is 7 months and still has a very deep one too.

my sis had one(dont know if she still does rather not go there) when she was a bub

:rotfl: Sorry Sarah, had to laugh at that, bet she'd love you telling us all that!!

Harrison has this too but his is right on his tailbone, he's been referred to the Pediatrician and its really worrying me as my Doc said it could affect his spine when he gets older :(
