Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

A couple of times the night before last I was woken up by BH. I have been getting them since week 22 and they have definitely been getting more intense in the past few days which my midwife tells me is normal, especially when carrying twins due to the extra stretching.

I also get them when I'm trying to roll from one side to the other in bed...I'm thinking it's because of shifting my weight and the weight of the babies from one side to the other? And of course I forgot to mention this to the midwife this morning at my appointment! :wall2:

I get BH all the time..when i stand up,when im lying in bed, when i move from side to side..pritty much all the time. I asked the midwife last week if this was normal and she said yes :) xx
