Braxton Hicks or Bowel Issues

I have been having some epic cramping in my stomach this morning. Trying to establish if it's bowel related or maybe just some BH? Is there any way of being able to tell?

How far along are you?

If its BH you can usually feel the uterus tighten when you touch your bump as the pain starts x

You could try taking windeaze if you think it's a gas issue. But you should just d feel your bump tighten
