Braxton Hicks... funny story

I think I had Braxton Hicks this afternoon. It was the most uncomfortable feeling ever. I really thought I was in labour at one point but my dad kept pointing out that my waters hadn't broke and that I was fine. I replied 'easy for you to say! I bet your cervix doesn't feel like it is being ripped open right now!!' Thinking back that has got to be the most bizarre thing I have ever said to my dad! Luckily the pains calmed down by dinner time and everything is back to normal. I am dreading the real contractions now!
