braxton hicks contractions

Hi i am 31 weeks pregnant and it feels like i am having BH contractions almost constantly they arent painful but my tummy is very tense, could it be the real thing or am i just been paranoid?

don't know for sure cos i haven't done it yet...! but from what i gather, they sound like BH - apparently we'll know for sure when the real thing kicks in

trust me.. if you are in labor.. they hurt!

BHs don't hurt but your tummy goes v tight and uncomfortable. I found that they didn't come in waves like proper contraction.

I never suffered from BH until a couple of weeks ago. They are not supposed to hurt but some women say they do feel really uncomfortable.

BH tend to go away and the real thing is ment to get more painful and last longer. So I've been told. xx
