Braxton Hicks

For the past few days I keep getting really bad cramps in my tummy, kinda like period pains but all over my belly... BUT it doesnt go tense??

Are these Braxton hicks?? xx

Hi ya,

I spoke to MW the other day about Braxton Hicks, she said they are like part of your tummy expands, its not painful but can take your breath away. I've had this happen a few times, I thought it was baby doing a massive movement but she said its just part of the womb contracting.

Perhaps you are just having some stretching/growing pains as the baby is getting bigger and bigger!
