Boys names - which would you choose?

Finally getting somewhere on the front runners on our boys baby name list, but would appreciate your opinion on

Harrison Thomas Scott (nn Harry)
Elliot Thomas Scott (possible nn Leo)
Elliot William Scott

middle names are family names so the only options, and older brother is Alexander James Scott (nn Alex)

"Elliot Thomas Scott" is the best name in my opinion. It's a very unique and unusual baby boy name and has a good sound.
