My baby is back to back & its been suggested to go on all fours and/or bounce on a gym ball.

My daft question is - how vigorously should I be bouncing, for its best chance to change position? and how long for?! I don't want to go starting labour off!! :eh:

I have no idea hun, but didn't want to read and run! Sorry I'm no help lol.

I'm not sure either Hun but will be interested to hear others views xx

As long as it's comfy, you should be alright :)
Try starting small, for 5-10 minutes a time, and work up to whatever you like.
If in doubt - ask your MW, that's why she's there!
Hope it helps turn baby! x

I have been bouncing on my ball to help my hips, so only small, think I will bounce loads more vigorously when i am trying to get the baby out.. if this helps  xx
