Bottle fed baby

My little boy doesn't seem to know what he wants he is taking 5oz before bed then 2oz on the night about 4 hours later then 3-4oz about 3 hours later then during the day he just seems to want to feed all the time he's had 6oz in 4 hours and wants more. Just seems majorly hungry during the day. And I can't manage to get him into some sort of routine as he seems to spend so much time in my arms. He's just over 3 weeks old. Anyone got any advise as to how I can establish some sort of something even just him taking the same amount of bottle. X

At that age they can be all over the place but they do teid to get them selves into a bit of a more regular schedual as they get bigger

When Kayla was a newborn we kept a bottle diary and wrote down the time and amount she tooks so we could see how much she was getting then when she seemed to be wanting it almost every 4 hours i started giving it to her every 4 hours even beore she looked for it and it al worked out grand for a 8, 12, 4 and 8 routiene

They do go through a growth spurt around 3 weeks old.
I found keeping a record helpful.
Although I do think I've been very lucky as my LO loves her sleep so only wakes up once around 2am after being put down at 7 and then sleeps until 6-7 after that feed at 2
At 3 weeks she was having around 3/4 oz every 3/4 hours but before bed we always tried to give her an extra 1oz to keep her going.
They'll only take what they need so don't stress too much about it. We only got into a routine last week at 4 weeks old but she's been poorly with hands foot and mouth since sat so is all over the place again!

I feed on demand . Babies will stop once there full ruby will take an 8 oz bottle at bedtime but in the morning am lucky if she drinks 3 oz x
