Bloody show? (sorry tmi)

Hi ladies,

Went to the loo this morning and when I wiped noticed a thick light brown discharge (like the end of period), could this be the bloody show? I don't think I've lost my mucous plug (or if I have i haven't really noticed it) but have had quite a thick stringy discharge for the last few days ... Dare I hope I'm on my way?

It might be the bloody show! Mine happened while in labour and was thick dark red blood, wasn't very plesent!! Goodluck Hun x x

Sounds like a show or part of a show to me - plugs can come away in bits rather than one clump so be prepared for some more - keep us updated xxx

Hee hee - I know what you mean - everytime I hear that someone from my antenatal class with a due date after mine has gone into labour I get really miffed...

Not sure that its imminent though as haven't had any other signs yet. Will keep you all posted x
