Firstly, they replace my knackered phone...


WITH A KNACKERED PHONE.


Then expect ME to pay best part of £5 to return it.

after kicking off they were gonna do a doorstop swap.


So my sister waited in all day Wedensday for me to do this..


Low and behold no show.


Wednesday night i rang up kicking off.

Apparently its outside procedure.

After kicking off, a manager arranged for them to collect and replace today.


Well i just rang up for something else, and they said anything else? So i said wlel could you just check taht this phone is defo coming today...


low and behold. ITS NOT


im livid.
