Bleeding :(

Hi everyone
Got up this morning and found some slight spotting and trying not to panic myself I put it down to my cervical erosion but kept an eye on it, then at 11:30 I went to the toilet again and I've had a big bright red bleed I phoned the hospital and after half hour of bouncing me between the delivery suite and the maternity ward, they have arranged an emergency scan for 2:45 this afternoon.
My brain is telling me it's just a bad attack of my erosion and the baby is fine, but I'm still panicking! It doesn't help that I haven't felt the baby for a few days.
2:45 feels like forever away and I don't know what to do with myself.....just looking for some reassurance really xx

My friend bleed a couple of times throughout her preg and has a gorgeous little boy. I know you must be really worried.

Oh hun, I know how terrified you must feel. I have a low placenta... If I do to much or the baby gets vigorous, I can have some spotting... Although touch wood I have been fine since 16 weeks.

2nd tri bleeding is usually placenta related, rather than problems with the baby, and with lots and lots of bed rest things usually settle down. Try and rest as much as you can.... If you're working, get signed off sick.

well despite the fact that we are ALL EXTREMELY WORRIED for her... I would say text her... But then what if she's busy having the scan, or has received bad news... Oh dear...
