Bleeding and slight cramping at 6 weeks pregnant!!

Hi, I am new to this forum and would really appreciate some advice. I am 6 weeks pregnant and have had small red bleeding and very small blood clots for the past 2 days. I had a vaginal ultrasound yesterday and they showed me that I have the gestational sac and the yoke sac but there was no sign of a fetal pole yet. This was really upsetting as my midwife told me I am around 11 weeks pregnant but I am no where near! Have I miscarried or not? I am totally confused and upset.. Pls help!!

Im not sure to be honest. Are you sure of dates? What makes them say you are that far along. Im sorry not to have any real advice but just wanted to say I hope you get some answers soon! Take care! Its a horrible time.

They measured my gestational sac at 6.2 weeks. I know I'm really confused thanks neway.

Well I think you have to go back and ask and make sure you get clear answers either at the dr or at you early pregnancy unit. Cramping and blood with clots needs full investigation. I wish you luck!
