Hey ladies,

Wondering how long u bled for after a section? Just wanna know roughly to prepare myself! Lol!

xxxx

My bleeding has just stopped & Isaac is 4 weeks. It kept going from heavy to light before that & I'd think it was stopping but it would start up again. Seems like this time it has stopped completely tho. Good luck x

Thanks. I am a pad-a-phobe lol! Just wanted to know how long to expect to have to wear them xx

Same here hunni Jaiden is 16 days old and mine is exactly the same xxx

Not as long as I thought. Month tops! I moved onto normal pads as it went very light.

My friend had a section and she was bleeding for about 6weeks then had her period...
My bleeding is still happening after 2weeks but very light now, xx

I get very light after about 2/3 weeks and could have happily just worn panty liners but brought so many maternity pads stuck with them for a bit longer.

Stopped completely after about 4 weeks. Just waiting for AF to turn up now.

Ive had 4 sections and mine varied between 4 weeks for the first one, and just 2 weeks for the last one, switching to panty liners then for spotting etc. I think I only used the "big momma " maternity pads for 5/6 days I think, then you can switch to something lighter with wings and feel more human!

Congratulations by the way, I missed that you had had him, how cute is he XX Well done

6 weeks too.

Always got a bit worse if I did too much!
