I was quite flexible when writing it and it did help being flexible. I wanted vit K injetion -re placenta injection I wasnt sure but if there are interventions, you are more likely to haemmorage so I said do what you think is right. I did have one and glad I did cause I lost 700 ml of blood anyway

It isnt too bad, I didnt need blood transfusion, just iron tablets and felt dizzy and week but it passed.

I agree with AM, drum into your birth partner what you want.My DH knew he had to get me an epi and skin to skin contact

700ml?! I had a csection and only lost 300ml. That must of been horrible.

thanks for all the advice re placenta delivery - I really should start reading my pregnancy book now!!
